We recently had the opportunity to visit with Janice and are delighted to share excerpts from our conversation with such a lovely woman of God. Janice has followed the ministry of Oral Roberts since she was a young Christian in 1947. She attended the Oral Roberts Healing Crusade in Hempstead, New York in 1958 and has been a partner with the Oral Roberts Ministries since that time. Janice credits the Roberts' ministry for teaching her the Bible message of Seed-Faith. She has learned that if she will be faithful to give unto God, then He in turn will bless both sides; that which she is giving to and also back to herself. Janice has had the opportunity to make many financial investments, including a $100,000 gift annuity agreement in honor of Evelyn Roberts in 2007. Janice said concerning the annuity agreement, "if you have it in mind to give after you pass away, why not give it now through a charitable gift annuity so you can receive back not only the financial income from the annuity, but all of God's blessings in other areas of your life as well." Janice will receive a good interest rate, tax considerations and a fixed income for life. Janice concluded our conversation by saying, "this is my story, a love story with the Oral Roberts Ministries and my Father God. I would encourage anybody who desires to make a gift to the Oral Roberts Ministries, to do it now through a gift annuity agreement. If you make a gift to the Oral Roberts Ministries it is a gift to God...and you cannot out give God!"
